You may pay online or in person.
** PLEASE NOTE ** THE CREDIT CARD AND I.D. OF THE CARDHOLDER WILL BE REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. SESSION WILL NOT TAKE PLACE WITHOUT CREDIT CARD AND I.D.
Please add a processing fee of
4% for Visa and MC or 5% for Amex
to your total.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- We accept cash, credit card (with I.D.) and P.O. (major label only). NO CHECKS.
- Payment is due at the beginning of the session BEFORE the session starts.
- All scheduled sessions are deemed "on hold" and subject to remain open for booking until full payment or a minimum, non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 hour is received. (A courtesy call will be given in the event a request occurs to book a room that is "on hold".)
- Session billing begins at the scheduled start time.
- Unused time will be refunded. It is at our discretion to apply unused time as credit toward future bookings.
Credited time must be used within 30 days or the time and money will be forfeited.
- Refunds for pre-paid sessions due to late arrival are at our discretion.
- Cancellations must occur 12 hours in advance to receive a refund.
- For P.O. ("label") billing, insufficient notice of cancellation and "no show" sessions will be cancelled and the label will be billed at the day rate.
- A deposit equivalent to 1 hr will be required for future bookings of "No call/No shows".
